Jake comes from a long history of racing winning 6 Production Cars championships, multiple Australian GT Championships while he has also ventured internationally racing in many endurances races like the Creventic Series in the MARC Cars.
Jake will Pilot the #82 Maisie Place Motorsport entry at Morgan Park a track that he is no stranger to, being a QLD based driver. Camilleri said “As for joining the series as a driver and a sponsor, I am really excited. Mazda is a very special brand to me because I basically grew up around Mazda’s. I have run Grand Prix Mazda alongside my Dad for the past 20 years. To be able to race another type of Mazda is a really cool experience to me and to be able to sponsor the RX8 Cup Series is really rewarding for me.
